The wind pressure transmitter is an industrial measuring instrument that converts gas or liquid pressure signals into standardized electrical signals. It is widely used in industrial control, HVAC, petrochemical, and other applications.
Working Principle
The wind pressure transmitter senses pressure changes through pressure-sensitive components such as diffused silicon or ceramic thick film resistors, forming a Wheatstone bridge structure. When subjected to pressure, the change in resistance value generates an electrical signal, which is amplified and processed to output standard signals such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, or RS485. Some models use imported sensors (such as Honeywell chips) with integrated temperature compensation and anti-interference design.
